A food item is first loaded into a heated cooking chamber, where it is fried to a programmed doneness. Once the initial cook is complete, oil is automatically drained into a secondary cooking chamber, leaving the food behind for controlled cooling, resting, or seasoning—without manual handling.
If double frying is required, the food is seamlessly transferred back into the original cooking chamber, where the oil has already been reheated to a precise set temperature. This allows the second fry to begin instantly, delivering consistent texture, crispness, and quality every time.
The entire process is automated, repeatable, and optimized for high-volume operations—eliminating labor, timing errors, and workflow bottlenecks commonly associated with traditional double frying.

Multi-Function Triangular Cooking Chamber with Integrated Oil Straining
Dual-Mode Cooking and Oil Management in One Module
The SmartChefs cooking chamber features a purpose-designed triangular geometry with a built-in strainer, enabling multiple cooking methods and automated oil management within a single modular unit.
One face of the chamber provides a flat, stable cooking surface for pan-frying and searing meat patties and proteins. The angled faces guide ingredients into controlled motion, allowing the same chamber to perform active stir-frying of noodles, rice, and mixed dishes.
An integrated strainer zone is built directly into the chamber geometry, allowing cooking oil to be automatically separated from food during draining, resting, or transfer steps. By controlling chamber orientation and flow, oil can be efficiently strained and redirected without removing the food or requiring manual intervention.
This integrated design enables:
